Lthrboots wins the ACIDPlanet Video creation "Vegas Fever" contest. The contest rules stated to use on of the supplied 30 second audio tracks, and to showcase your video editing skills and if yoou were un-inhibited enough, your dancing skills. I attempted dancing in the video and then used VEGAS software to edit and create the music video. My "Vegas Fever (Chill Town)" entry won. I got some great software and prizes from SONY!!! STOMP!!! Just what I wanted for Christmas.

CINESCORE: Professional Sountrack Creation

Jerry G. Jones (Lthrboots) just finished working on a major new software project with Sony Media Software. The press release was issued on April 25, 2006 at the NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) conference. The software will be available to the public soon. Lthrboots/Jerry Jones worked as an editor, composer, and artist for the project. Sign up on the SONY website for their mailing list, so you will be informed when the software is released to the public!

ILONA's new CD is available for sale right now on the Gemini Sun Records website. Click the CD cover image to hear all the amazing tracks from the CD. Why am I promoting ILONA on the Lthrboots website..???...because Lthrboots arranged/remixed the music for seven of the songs on the CD!!!! Tracks 4,6,7,8,9,10, and 12 are arranged by Lthrboots (Jerry G. Jones)!!! Listen for that signature STOMP in each of the tracks. The entire CD is going to be a smash hit, so be sure to get your copy of the CD to make sure you don't miss out. The CD is being sold through the Gemini Sun Records website and also at every "Barnes and Noble" bookstore (check it out at the listening stations).

Lthrboots is working in the studio for his second CD release under the Sabre Entertainment Records label. The next CD is 100% Lthrboots, and even more added on as Lthrboots combines the dark energy of Combichrist and the dance club power of Thunderpuss mixes. Release date is scheduled to be in early 2007! Sign up for the Lthrboots mailing list to be sure and not miss out on any breaking news.

Lthrboots will take to the stage at Las Vegas' very own MGM Grand on May 7th. Also onstage will be Ilona, Shankar and Gingger, Nicholas Gunn, and Kim Sterling. The Sabre Entertainment showcase will be the entertainment for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Gala event, hosted by Robin Leach. There will me meetings, seminars, an auction, dinner, and nighttime entertainment. Proceeds from the event will go to the JDRF. (See the Lthrboots SHOWS page for details of the event)

Lthrboots (Jerry Jones) also arranged the music for Ilona on her Pink Energy Drink Spokesmodel campaign which is just now kicking off promotions in various states. The drink is rapidly gaining attention and receiving a great response from the public.

Lthrboots (Jerry Jones) and Ilona are also finishing up a song to be presented at the World Peace Music Awards in Nagasaki, Japan in August 2005.

Be sure to watch for the article, and definitely don't miss the Live and Local Show on April 17th at the Curtain Club (Dallas). The show will be mentioned in the Quick DFW article.
